EPA releases Thermo-Oxidation report

The U.S. EPA Office of Research and Development, National Risk Management Research Laboratory released “Thermo-Oxidation of Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant Sludge for Production of
Class A Biosolids.”  The report provides the research project results from evaluating the thermo-oxidation treatment process and includes “market niche evaluation” of this process, as well as “conceptual design for two operating scenarios, construction and operating cost estimates for the target market, and comparison with existing technologies.”
