VT issues report on biosolids land application

On 16-JAN-2016, the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation, Agency of Natural Resources submitted “Act 64 Legislative Report on the Management of Wastewater Treatment Sludge and Septage in Vermont: Current Status and Alternatives to Land Application” to the Vermont House Committee on Fish, Wildlife and Water Resources and the Senate Committee on Natural Resources and Energy.
