City of Richmond, VA awarded Platinum Certification

Congratulations to the City of Richmond, Department of Public Utilities Wastewater Treatment Plant on continued Platinum certification under the National Biosolids Partnership (NBP), Biosolids Management Program (BMP).  During the recent NBP BMP audit, a commendation was provided by the audit company.  The City of Richmond continues it commitment to best management practices and continual improvement.
