RBC 2016 Technical Program Released

WEF recently released the draft program for the Residuals and Biosolids Conference 2016: Biosolids as a Resource that will be held April 3 – 6, 2016 at the Milwaukee Convention Center/ Hilton Hotel in Milwaukee, WI.
