California Air Resources Board increases membership

The State of California approved recent legislation, AB 1288, which provides the state legislature with the ability to appoint two additional members to the California Air Resources Board, expanding its size to 14. These additional members can be appointed by the Speaker of the Assembly and Senate Rules Committee.
