VT provides draft Residuals Management White Paper

According to the VT DEC, Watershed Management Division, Residuals Management Section, the release of their recent draft white paper is “the Department’s first step toward developing a new set of regulations governing the management of residual wastes. The purpose of this white paper is to present a broad overview of residuals management in Vermont and provide a general survey of scientific research applicable to concerns and issues raised at the 2013 public forum.”  Additionally, VT DEC will hold a “Biosolids White Paper Forum, Tuesday, December 8, 2015, St Leo’s Hall, 109 South Main Street, Waterbury VT.”
