VA DEQ SWCB Fees – Amendment for land applied biosolids

VA Department of Environmental Quality, State Water Control Board  amended language to address budget language regarding “Fees for Land Application of Exceptional Quality Biosolids Cake.”

The action summary for “Fees for Permits and Certificates  [9 VAC 25 ‑ 20] . . . . revised to incorporate a fee of $3.75, beginning October 1, 2015, on each dry ton of exceptional quality biosolids cake sewage sludge that is land applied.”
