White House releases fact sheet on methane emission strategy

On 28-MAR-2014, the White House released a fact sheet highlighting its “Climate Action Plan – Strategy to Cut Methane Emissions” (see, http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2014/03/28/fact-sheet-climate-action-plan-strategy-cut-methane-emissions).

Notably, the methane strategy includes provision for a National Biogas Roadmap, as well as voluntary program financial support for biogas system deployment.  The NBP will be following further developments regarding these efforts in the months to come.
