MD State Senator Requesting Further Discussion on Phosphorus Regulations

Sen. Stephen Hershey, Jr. has requested the Joint Committee for Administrative, Executive and Legislative Review hold a formal hearing on proposed Maryland phosphorus regulations.  The Maryland Department of Agriculture announced recent updates, which were published in the Maryland Register.  The 30-Day Public Comment Period is open through Nov. 18.
