MiWaters launched for Michigan biosolids annual reporting

The MI DEQ Water Resources Division launched MiWaters (see, http://www.michigan.gov/deq/0,4561,7-135-3313_72753—,00.html or https://miwaters.deq.state.mi.us for the application) for biosolids annual reporting.

All MI biosolids annual reports must be submitted through MiWaters.
