OECA issues 2016-17 National Program Manager Guidance

On 22-APR-2015, EPA issued “Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance National Program Manager Guidance,” which included a language to “coordinate with the Center of Excellence for Biosolids to respond to work that may arise in this program and to access biosolid program annual reports that may be needed to support regional compliance monitoring activities, such as targeting for pretreatment inspections.”
