FORT WORTH, TX MAINTAINS PLATINUM CERTIFICATION

Congratulations to the Village Creek Waste Water Treatment Plant in Fort Worth, Texas on successfully completing their 8th interim audit to maintain Platinum Certification.  NSF-ISR conducted the third party audit and positively noted that Fort Worth has made good use of the corrective/preventive action program through identifying formal corrective and preventive action plans to address nonconformances identified during routine operations and monitoring and measurement.   The city has established new goals and objectives aimed at substantial gains in biosolids management, considerable reduction in cost of operation and generation of energy to offset operational demands.
