Littleton Englewood Achieves Platinum Certification

Congratulations to Littleton Englewood Wastewater Treatment Plant in Englewood, CO on successfully completing a third party audit to achieve Platinum Certification. DEKRA Certification, Inc. (DEKRA) conducted an independent audit of the facility October 14 to 16, 2013 and November 9, 2013 as part of its participation in the National Biosolids Partnership Biosolids Management Program (NBP BMP). During the audit, DEKRA noted that the Littleton Englewood BMP use of “process objectives” is effective for assessing and communicating performance, and housekeeping is excellent throughout the plant and especially in centrifuge dewatering areas. The communications program, biosolids goals and objectives process, corrective and preventive action process, and management review are functioning effectively.  The Littleton Englewood BMP is generating positive outcomes.  Congratulations to all of the staff of Littleton Englewood on achieving Platinum Certification status!
