NPDES Inspection Manual Available for Comment

The US EPA has released a version of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Inspection Manual for comments.  The Inspection Manual is used by field personnel to conduct inspections in regard to the Clean Water Act NPDES.  Specifically, the Biosolids Monitoring Program in chapter 5 and the entirety of chapter 10 discuss biosolids. The EPA asks that any feedback is sent to the Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance at NPDEScompliance@epa.gov by December 31, 2017.
